Superfan: The Property of André Waszczyszyn

Sat 10th Oct

Superfan: The Property of André Waszczyszyn opens up a hidden archive for the first time to reveal rare and unseen photographs of pop icons including David Bowie, Debbie Harry and Iggy Pop.

Exhibition Open from 1st – 22nd October 2026

A self-proclaimed “superfan”, Lincolnshire photographer André Waszczyszyn followed Bowie’s tours around the world documenting every moment. On the 10th anniversary of Bowie’s death, and what would have been André’s 70th birthday, the Lincoln School of Creative Arts have worked with André’s family and Lincoln Arts Centre to exhibit some of his unseen collection of pop and rock music memorabilia alongside his beautiful photographs taken at gigs and concerts around the world.

Superfan: The Property of André Waszczyszyn is a joyful celebration of fandom, music, abundance, and the work of a talented photographer, covering a period of history that transformed our culture.
