Our Mum & Baby Pilates classes are a welcoming and supportive space for mums to focus on their wellbeing while spending time with their little one.
Designed to help rebuild strength, improve posture, and gently reconnect with your body after pregnancy, the sessions combine core work, stretching, and an all over body workout in a baby-friendly environment.
There’s no pressure if your baby needs feeding, changing, or cuddles during class — we completely understand! These sessions are as much about connection and community as they are about exercise.
Suitable for all fitness levels from 6/8 week postpartum , our classes are the perfect way to take some time for yourself, meet other mums, and leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and re-energised.
