Sling Fit is a fun, feel-good dance fitness class where you can move, groove, and bond with your baby at the same time.

With your little one safely snuggled in a sling or carrier, you’ll enjoy easy-to-follow dance-inspired routines designed to get you moving, boost your mood, and rebuild confidence in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The class combines gentle fitness, music, and movement to help parents feel energised while creating special moments with their baby. No dance experience is needed — just come along, have fun, and enjoy dancing together!

A perfect way to meet other parents, stay active, and share smiles, cuddles, and movement with your little one.
