Lincoln Arts Centre at the University of Lincoln is thrilled to announce that the Lincoln Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society (LAODS), a cornerstone of Lincoln’s cultural fabric for over a century, will become an associate community company at the venue.

This December Lincoln Arts Centre, the University of Lincoln School of Creative Arts, and the City of Lincoln Council have partnered together to deliver The Lincoln Guildhall Winter Exhibition in the windows of the historic landmark on Lincoln High Street. With submissions from students in the School of Creative Arts, a new artwork will be unveiled each day leading up to Christmas and presented to the busy shoppers on the high street throughout the festive season.

Over the course of three events, the University of Lincoln has played a key role in highlighting and supporting Social Prescribing initiatives. Led by the Centre for Culture and Creativity (C4CC)*, these events have engaged over 200 participants in presentations, panel discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and creative workshops focused on developing community solutions to contemporary health challenges.
