We are experiencing issues surrounding our box office system. We are unable to take payments over the phone or mail tickets to your home. If you want to buy tickets please book online or come into our box office.
Here we have outlined any changes to events due to the ongoing pandemic. Please see below a list of events that have either been postponed, alongside them will state their new date, and any events that have been cancelled. If you have purchased tickets for these events and now require a refund, please see further below as to how to proceed with your order.
Andy and The Odd Socks – Cancelled (please contact our box office)
Jenny Éclair: Sixty (FFS!)– Postponed to Friday 3 September (All tickets have automatically been transferred to the new date)
Semeli Papavasileiou Quartet – Cancelled (please contact our box office)
Fire and Light Trail – Postponed new date TBD
If you are unable to attend the new date or the event you had originally booked for has been cancelled you are of course, entitled to a full refund of the cost of your tickets.
If you in a position to donate your pre-paid ticket back to us as a gesture of financial support, we would be hugely appreciative. However, our situation is not unique, and we appreciate that Coronavirus will impact on many areas of the economy, and so refunds will, of course, be available without question.
