Celebrate the joy of reading for pleasure at Lincoln’s ‘Big Read’.
As part of the National Year of Reading’s Go All In initiative, we’ll be joined by story producer and author Olivia Ford, whose debut novel was longlisted for the 2021 Women’s Prize Trust’s Discoveries Prize. Jenny Quinn’s Rise to Fame, which swiftly became a Sunday Times bestseller, is a nostalgic, food-infused tale of identity, legacy, and lifelong love, largely inspired by Ford’s own grandparents who have been married for over 60 years. Olivia will be interviewed by writer and book club host Aimee Horton.
