We are dedicated and committed to our role as the home of new artists and artistic ideas in Lincolnshire. Lincolnshire artists will be sign posted and get access to a broad programme of developing initiatives, access to 1-2-1 guidance and support from the team and an open door to a region-wide ecology. We can’t think of a better way to help Lincolnshire’s artist grow and flourish than working with the expertise of In Good Company.

We’ll be joining a range of venue partners from across the East and West Midlands led by Derby Theatre. We can’t wait to see what In Good Company get up to over the next few years, and we are honoured to say we can support and be a part of it. Not sure who In Good Company are? In Good Company is the flagship artist development programme for the Midlands. We make a sustainable career in the creative industries more sustainable for more artists, at all stages of their career. We do this by providing workshops, mentorship, social events, performance opportunities, bursaries, commissions and through one-to-one bespoke support.

We advocate for best practice and connect independent artists with funded venues for balanced and positive collaboration.

In Good Company exists to put the Midlands on the map as a place where theatre-makers and their work can flourish and thrive, enriching the lives of the communities around them.

It’s safe to say, we truly are In Good Company at Lincoln Arts Centre!
