Ben Anderson, Creative and Executive Director of Lincoln Arts Centre states, “We’re interested in what you bring as an individual and your lived experience, in addition to any employment experience you have. Maybe you don’t know much about ‘the arts’ (Yet!) but you are interested in bringing your skills and your passion to our team. We would need you to work hard, be proactive and look for ways to be helpful, and to be able to spot things you think could be done different.”

In that time, we are holding Q&A sessions on the role online and the Lincoln Arts Centre and Barbican Creative Hub team are available to talk further with prospective applicants.
