Job Opportunity: Routes In Marketing Assistant 

We are recruiting for our second year of Routes In at Lincoln Arts Centre and Barbican Creative Hub, funded by Arts Council England.

Working at these organisations, post holders will be fully supported in their role. This is an opportunity for artists to find and define their creative space in Lincolnshire, turbo charge their networks, and to begin a long and fruitful career locally.

Ben Anderson, Creative and Executive Director of Lincoln Arts Centre states, “We’re interested in what you bring as an individual and your lived experience, in addition to any employment experience you have. Maybe you don’t know much about ‘the arts’ (Yet!) but you are interested in bringing your skills and your passion to our team. We would need you to work hard, be proactive and look for ways to be helpful, and to be able to spot things you think could be done different.” 

Applications are open now, and applicants have 6 weeks to apply, the deadline to apply is 23rd September 2024. In that time, we are holding Q&A sessions on the role online and the Lincoln Arts Centre and Barbican Creative Hub team are available to talk further with prospective applicants.
