We’re Open to Ideas
You may (or, also entirely likely, may not) have heard about a robust process. Now we want to shout about it and help artists make the most of the opportunity.
Join performer Jack Boal and facilitator Lila Robirosa for a morning of creative exploration for kids aged 5-12 years old.
Over the course of the 90 minute workshop, they will develop confidence, teamwork and self-expression skills all through the medium of theatre and art. Through dress-up, face paint and games, participants will be encouraged to find their inner-superhero and create a look which showcases this in all its glory.
What to bring:
● Bring a bottle of water and some snacks!
● For the dress-up section of the workshop, you are welcome to bring your favourite clothes or costumes. But don’t worry if you don’t have any, we will provide some of our own.
● Pictures of your favourite superhero or fictional character
What we provide:
● Dress-up costumes and outfits
● Face-paint
● Paper and pens
● Loads of fun!
Dreamers, makers, thinkers, doers, and creators, you’re invited to the Artist Meet Up at Lincoln Arts Centre co-hosted by In Good Company and facilitated by the Barbican Creative Hub.
Join Jack Boal to troubleshoot your creative idea in a peer supportive environment. Bring an idea for a creative project or a discipline you want to incorporate into your theatre practice and we will help you to begin to realise this.
You are invited to Mrs. Thatcher’s very own traditional English tea party.
