Museum of Me

18th March - 23rd March

Through March 2026 this moving museum will boldly champion the everyday lives and contributions of 20 female residents of Lincoln. Individuals just like everyday you, who otherwise might go unchampioned. Come and explore The Museum of Me’s first month-long celebration of Womanhood in Lincoln through International Women’s Month 2026.

YOU’RE INVITED: THE OPENING CEREMONIES

Each day of the activity The Museum of Me invites you to join Meet The Museum Stars and join in their Opening Ceremony in honour of the brand new person/people whose day it is within the spotlight. It is an opportunity to meet that day’s Star[s], applaud as they cut their red ribbon, and relish in a canapes and a drinks reception of the individual’s favourite go-to snacks.

It is also a fantastic opportunity to connect with other members of your community in a way you might not have before.

Week 3: We Live And Learn

In partnership with Lincoln Arts Centre and Lincoln University

Presented at: Lincoln Arts Centre

H.G Bohn once said “Wise men learn by other men’s mistakes”, well step aside men, the women will save you that trauma. This week focuses on the female identifying academics, students and core university staff on their endless pursuits for wisdom, without the need to navigate another man’s mistake to get there.
