About the Exhibition: The Community Resilience Exhibition brings together large-scale, vivid paintings and multimedia installations inspired by real-life stories from Lincolnshire communities. These works invite viewers to reflect on the power of resilience and celebrate the unique strengths that arise from diversity. Tinashe’s art challenges conventions, encouraging dialogue around the nuances of lived experiences, especially around mental health and neurodiversity.
Highlights of the Private View: This evening will include:
· Conversations with other artists and community collaborators who’ve contributed their stories and voices.
· A Charity auciton event with 100% of the proceeds raised going towards a good cause.
· An after-party event at LAC Bar
We are also hosting a special fundraising auction of selected artworks. Proceeds will benefit local initiatives, supporting organisations who work tirelessly to foster resilience in our community.

The organisation formally known as LPAC will be re-launched under a new name after a consultation which saw 260 students, staff and audience members co-design a new organisational vision and a plan for transformation in four key areas: People, Perception, Programme and Place.
This December Lincoln Arts Centre, the University of Lincoln School of Creative Arts, and the City of Lincoln Council have partnered together to deliver The Lincoln Guildhall Winter Exhibition in the windows of the historic landmark on Lincoln High Street. With submissions from students in the School of Creative Arts, a new artwork will be unveiled each day leading up to Christmas and presented to the busy shoppers on the high street throughout the festive season.
Over the course of three events, the University of Lincoln has played a key role in highlighting and supporting Social Prescribing initiatives. Led by the Centre for Culture and Creativity (C4CC)*, these events have engaged over 200 participants in presentations, panel discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and creative workshops focused on developing community solutions to contemporary health challenges.
