Zest is a national touring theatre company based in Lincoln. Zest exists to make space for young people to be heard, using creativity to amplify their voices through theatre, public art, and digital work. Established in 2007, Zest makes a range of work for theatres, festivals, public spaces, and digital platforms. As Associate Artists of Lincoln Art Centre, Zest will continue to create and produce nationally significant work out of our home city of Lincoln, championing Lincolnshire’s cultural sector wherever we go across the country whilst mentoring and encouraging emerging talent in Lincolnshire.

With Lincoln Arts Centre’s support, Zest will create its first new national touring production in Spring 2024 – Zest’s first since the pandemic began. The new show will be made here in Lincoln before touring the country. Over the next 3 years, Zest plans to innovate what participation and co-creation look like in this country, creating a range of new productions and public art installations to amplify young people in communities and arts venues here in Lincolnshire and beyond.”
