Kerry is a textile artist living and working in Lincoln. Her business Rethread Denim aims to look holistically at the fashion industry and aims to find solutions to how we can keep our clothing, and in particular denim in the supply chain for as long as possible, and why this is important.

Ad Astra

This new work by artist McCourt builds on her earlier piece Per Ardua, which explored the experiences of LGBTQ+ personnel in the RAF affected by the historic ban on homosexuality. Taking its title from the RAF’s official motto, Per Ardua Ad Astra (“through adversity to the stars”).
