We are seeking an Audience Engagement Assistant to join the teams at Lincoln Arts Centre and Barbican Creative Hub as part of our Routes In scheme, funded by Arts Council England.  

Lincoln Arts Centre is part of the University of Lincoln, and is a vibrant space dedicated to contemporary performance and visual arts. We’re committed to developing new talent, encouraging innovation, and supporting the next generation of artists. 

Barbican Creative Hub is a newly refurbished creative industries hub where creative practice, collaboration, and new ideas come to life. 

This is a great entry-level role perfect for someone starting their career. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our marketing teams to create engaging, creative and dynamic marketing campaigns to help us reach audiences across Lincoln and beyond!
