Martin organises general day to day equipment requests and schedules technical provisions for all the disciplines of the school. He is also the health and safety coordinator for LSCA. Martin plans, prepares and oversees assessments for dissertations and student projects, including production meetings and supporting the event through performance, filming and uploading for external examination. Martin currently teaches on the Technical Theatre and Stage Management degree.

Alex provides technical support for both incoming professional companies and student productions within Lincoln Arts Centre.

Steve's role includes the management and maintenance of the rehearsal rooms in ATB, assisting with various events and assessments both within, and external from the music course, assisting with events and sound engineering at the Lincoln Arts Centre, and working as an associate lecturer for the music production modules on the music course.

Dan supports the Technical Theatre and Stage Management course which involves running workshops and assisting on the course as well as maintaining the equipment and performance spaces utilised throughout the degree.

Olly looks after AV requirements including projection, sound installation, video art and electronics in Fine Art and across the College of Arts. He supports students with installing work for exhibitions and degree shows, and alongside Rob Britt maintains and installs work at the Project Space Plus gallery on campus. Olly also co-ordinates the campus Art Shop where students can buy art, design and 3D materials for a range of courses.
