An introduction into the art of pixel mosaics, with mosaicist and designer Amy Exton.
This a great introductory session if you’re keen on learning the basics of mosaics, but also good fun for anyone who likes to try their hand at new crafts.
You’ll work on your own 10cm wooden tile, which can be use as a coaster or displayed as a mini-artwork. Amy will provide design templates for you to choose from, as well as a colourful selection of machine-cut glass tiles (no cutting necessary) and you’ll follow a simple pattern to apply your tiles to your wooden base.
Once your tile’s finished and the glue’s dried, they’ll be ready for you to take home.
