The organisation formally known as LPAC will be re-launched under a new name after a consultation which saw 260 students, staff and audience members co-design a new organisational vision and a plan for transformation in four key areas: People, Perception, Programme and Place.
Sharon Bennett Connolly has studied history both academically and just for fun and has written extensively about medieval women. Her new book King John’s Right-Hand Lady: The Story of Nicholaa de la Haye is a brilliant biography of the chatelaine of Lincoln Castle who twice defended the castle against prolonged sieges. Sharon is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, a feature writer for All About History and writes the popular blog www.historytheinterestingbits.com.
